Arrive into Delhi
Welcome to Vardhman's "Maharaja Forts Palaces & Beaches".
On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative
to your hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi
After a leisurely breakfast, proceed on a sightseeing of Old &
New Delhi.
Combined city tour of Old & New Delhi.
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu
Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught
place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid,
one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation
sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni
Chowk, shopping .

Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur
This morning after breakfast drive to jaipur, the fabled ‘Pink
city’ of the desert named after Jai Singh, the former Maharajah
of Jaipur.
Upon arrival at Jaipur check into your hotel.

Day 04: Jaipur - Pushkar
This morning after breakfast visit the majestic Amber Fort where
you ride up on elephants back to the former capital of the royals set
against the backdrop of wooded hills. Later visit Hawa Mahal or the
Palace of Winds, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone with semi-octagonal
and delicately honeycombed windows overlooking the main street of the
old city and through the rose pink residential and business areas of
Jaipur.
Afternoon drive to Pushkar. Upon arrival at Pushkar check in to your
hotel.

Day 05: Pushkar
After breakfast enjoy the various events and activities in Pushkar
fair the whole day.
Pushkar Fair, built as 'an explosion of fun, frolic, games and laughter',
the fair provides some wonderful photographic opportunities and is a
great chance to see Rajasthani women decked up in all their traditional
jewellery, dress and finery. Temple music wafts through the night, as
the fires die down and the Rajasthani melodies played on the stringed
ek-tara come to a close. On the night of the full moon, the pilgrims
bathe in the moonlight, then send marigold and rose petals floating
across the lake on green plate-like leaves. It is worth getting up early
to see the camels and tribes rousing themselves in the pink of the dawn
desert light.

Day 06: Pushkar - Udaipur
After breakfast drive to Udaipur. Upon arrival at Udaipur check
into your hotel.

Day 07: Udaipur
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Udaipur.
Visit to the City Palace, built in 1725 and later visit Sahelion ki
Bari, the gardens the maids-of-honour. After lunch make a trip to Nagda
and Eklingji to see the beautiful temples in their ruins.

Day 08: Udaipur - Mt.Abu via Ranakpur
This morning drive to the only hill resort of Rajasthan Mt. Abu.
Enroute visit the famous Jain temples of Ranakpur. Upon arrival at Mt.Abu
check into your hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 09: Mt.Abu - Jodhpur
This morning at leisure to enjoy the scenic beauty of this hill
station.
Afternoon drive to Jodhpur. Upon arrival at Jodhpur check into your
hotel.

Day 10: Jodhpur
After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Jodhpur.
Visit the Mehrangarh Fort museum and Jaswant thada, the cremation spot
of the royal family. Later visit the ancient capital of Marwar-Mandore,
Umaid Bhawan Palace.

Day 11: Jodhpur - Jaisalmer
After breakfast drive to Jaisalmer situated deep in the heart of
the Thar desert. Upon arrival at Jaisalmer check into your hotel.
Later visit the Chhatris of Maharwals and later Camel ride at Sam for
sunset. Gadisar, Havelies (old Houses) etc.

Day 12: Jaisalmer - Bikaner
This morning drive to Bikaner. Upon arrival at Bikaner check into
your hotel.
Later proced on a city tour of Bikaner.
Visit Junagarh Fort and its fabulous palaces and excursion to Deshnoke
Temple (Rat Temple).

Day 13: Bikaner - Mandawa
After breakfast drive to Mandawa (an old castle in Rajasthan). Upon
arrival at Mandawa check into your hotel.
Later proceed on a city tour of Mandawa
Visit Mandwa , found in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and still the home
of his descendants. See beautiful frescoes, havelis and mansions. Mandawa
castle, one of the finest castles of Rajasthan, is now a hotel and house
of collections of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820,
ancient coins, numismatic collection and many other interesting items,
preserved in a museum. A walking tour of the painted 'havelis' of some
of the leading business families of the country.

Day 14: Mandawa - Bharatpur
This morning drive to Bharatpur (famous for keoladeo Ghana bird
sanctuary). Upon arrival at Bharatpur check into your hotel.

Day 15: Bharatpur - Agra
Early morning visit to the Bharatour Sanctuary to see the birds
in their natural habitat. After breakfast drive down to Agra.

Later proceed on a city tour of Agra
Visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday), Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula.
Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra which
offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable wear & exotic
wooden articles, truly a one stop shop.

Day 16: Agra - Delhi - Madras (By flight)
This morning after breakfast drive to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi
transfer to airport to catch flight for Madras.

This morning after breakfast visit the world famous Meenakshi Sundereshwara

Morning boat cruise on the lake to get a closer look at the wild
elephants.

After breakfast boat cruise on the backwaters of Kerala (three hours

This morning after breakfast proceed on a city tour of Cochin.
visit the major attractions like Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St.

After breakfast drive to Coimbatore also called the ‘Manchester

Morning drive to the queen of hill stations Ooty, known for its
salubrious climate and scenic beauty.

Betta, etc. Proceed to Conoor to visit Tea Gardens, Sim's Park and Dolphin's
Nose. Later visit various film shooting points in Ooty

This morning drive to Mysore (wonderful historic town and evidence
city to exhibit the oldest Indian richest economy).
Upon arrival at Mtsore check into your hotel.
visit island fortress of Srirangapatnam, the capital of Hyder Ali and
his son Tipu Sultan, Tipu's Palace, Gumbaz, Tipu's Summer Palace. Also
visit illuminated Vrindavan gardens and Krishnarajasagar dam in the
evening

Day 27: Mysore - Belur - Halebid
After breakfast drive to Belur, the superbly preserved Chennkesava
Temple here is a tribute to the skill and genius of the medieval craftsman.
Later visit Halebid temple 10 kms. From Belur, a riot of carvings left
incomplete after 80 years of labour.

Day 28: Halebid - Bangalore -Mumbai (By flight)
This morning drive to Bangalore transfer to airport to catch flight
for Mumbai. Upon arrival at Mumbai check into your hotel.

After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Mumbai.
Visit Kamla Nehru park, Hanging gardens situated on the slopes of Malabar

of wales museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India and drive through
the Crawford market.
In time transfer to the Mumbai airport/railway station to catch flight
